The Pink Crown Project is a supportive beauty and wellness initiative dedicated to women navigating their breast cancer journey, created in partnership with the Pink Warrior House and with the support of the New Mexico Cancer Center. The project emphasizes hair health and emotional well-being, addressing the unique needs women experience before, during, and after breast cancer treatments. Our overall approach can be broken down into these three categories:
The Pink Crown Project strives to uplift, empower, and restore self-esteem to women through every stage of their breast cancer journey.
When I was diagnosed with breast cancer, I felt overwhelmed, frightened, and unsure where to turn. I quickly realized how important it was to have someone who truly understood what I was facing, someone who could guide me, uplift me, and remind me I wasn't alone. That’s why I’ve dedicated my life and my salon, Femme Chic Beauty, to becoming that person I needed during those difficult moments.
Through my partnership with The Pink Warrior House and with support from The New Mexico Cancer Center, I’m here to offer complimentary haircare services, emotional support, and guidance on accessing essential resources to women in Albuquerque who are walking this challenging path. Watch my story in the video below, and follow along on social media as I share my experiences, the struggles, the victories, and everything in between. Breast cancer is tough, but together we can face it with strength, dignity, and hope.
You are never alone, I’m right here beside you.
